I also have to be very clear that I need a good night’s sleep, as this is a stressful game.
If my opponent won, I would feel great.
But I would also have felt defeated.
So sleep can be extremely helpful.
In my case, the problem was I wasn’t sleeping very well and was too tired to play.
So that meant I didn’t have enough energy to focus and I wasn.
When I went to sleep, I felt a little bit better, but that wasn’t enough.
I would probably have felt even worse if I hadn’t slept as well as I did.
I have some ideas for what to do.
I want to be able to look back and be like, “Wow, I should have played better.
I could have won.”
But I also know that when I’m looking back and thinking, “I could have beaten this guy if I’d had the proper training and practice,” then I have some options.
I can try to make the opponent feel like he did something wrong.
If the opponent was really bad, he might have gotten a little upset.
I can show him I was in the right place at the right time and not make it difficult on myself.
In addition, I could say that I was very good at chess and was very skilled at the game, and that I should not have lost.
So the next time I play this game and lose, there will be a different feeling in my chest.
I know that I will be better for it.
